- No Cash Refunds: In accordance with regulatory guidelines, refunds will only be credited back to the original payment instrument used during the transaction and not provided in cash.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you have encountered an issue with a transaction (such as double-deduction, failed service delivery, or cancellation), please follow these steps:

4. Exceptions and Disputes
- Chargebacks: If a refund is not processed despite a valid claim, Customers may initiate a Chargeback through their issuing bank.
- Fraudulent Transactions: In cases of unauthorized electronic fund transfers, VittaGate will cooperate with Law Enforcement Agencies and follow appropriate legal procedures to resolve the matter.
